Shanon, We are very sorry that you traveled such a long way and we were unable to make a key for your bank of lockers. When our associate recieved your picture of a single lock cylinder, he thought we would be able to make a key to it or simply replace the lock cylinder to get you going. We were not expecting the multi-unit bank of lockers that ended up having a proprietary lock cylinder in it. Unfortunately the keys for this unit were a high security key that are only available through the manufacture, and the cylinder could not be removed without damaging the locker. This was not visible by the picture. We take great pride in our work and strive to deliver the best customer experience. In this instance we fell short. We didn't ask enough questions to completely understand this locker system. We have informed out staff on the importance of asking the right questions on service work so this mistake doesn't happen in the future.
