I just left Taco Bell on 9 mile and Kelly and I get home to see that my meal is completely wrong, I ordered a 1/2 pound burrito with potatoes and chicken instead of beef. I got a 1/2 pound beef burrito with extra sour creme. My 2 chicken gorditas, I asked for extra baja sauce and I got no sauce at all. Same goes for my chicken quesadilla, it came just cheese no meat in it at all. My cheesey fiesta potato had sour creme, I asked for no sour creme. I tried to call the store numerous times and no answer. So basically you did the exact opposite of what I wanted my order to be. I paid for chicken and got beef on every one of my items. I asked for no sour creme on any of my items and there was extra on every item. Same goes or the baja sauce, I asked for extra and received none. I would take my meal back up to you and ask for it to be replaced to fit what I asked and paid for but I am scared to have an employee mess with my food. I suggest the management checks closer on the staff. I also work in the food industry, a lot different from Taco Bell but none the less same concept. Make sure the customers are satisfied, this is clearly not the case.
