My Asus power jack was not working, devastated I found Metro Computer Group. Upon taking it in I was greeted immediately and told they would have no problem fixing it. I got it back in a couple days, and it was like nothing had ever been broken! I would like to thank these guys for the kindness they showed and all the work they went through. My Dell Inspiron started running a lot slower than usual and I use it for almost everything, I was recommended to come to Metro Computer Group and was extremely impressed by how polite, prompt, and knowledgeable they were. I had my Dell back and running good as new by the next day, it was actually done the day I brought it in but I was out of the area that night. Even the price was good, no complaints here!

Wanting to surprise my boyfriend by getting his xBox repaired I went to Metro Computer Games and iRepair. I had no idea about anything concerning this or what may be wrong. The manager was very informative, polite and the cost was outstanding. I had it back before my bf came home from his business trip along with a new game I purchased there as well. He was so happy and thankful! As am I, they did a awesome job. Best place around!

I came to Michigan visiting some buds who got stationed here after boot camp. Well I accidentally dropped and cracked the screen on my friends brand new iPad, freaking out a guy on base gave me Metro Computer Groups bus. card. I could not believe how knowledgeable about these things, they answered all my questions plus more and had it fixed the same day! To top it all off I received a military discount and a thank you for my service from the manager. I will be recommending all my friends to go there. Truly impeccable service!

I took my Dell Laptop in to Metro because it would not start up. I checked it in with Metro they called me within the hour and let me know all about my system and the nasty virus it had. The techs are very knowledgeable and resolved my issue quickly and before I knew it I had my system back running better than ever. Thank you Metro Computer gurus.

Brought my iPhone 5 in with a broken screen last week. Not only did they fix it while I waited (Only took about 30 minutes) but they did an awesome job and my baby is like brand new again! The people there were really friendly and acted like they cared. There was a sense of urgency to fix my phone asap! Also the price was great! I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

and those specifications were not what they should be. #1 when i bought my machine the amount of ram that it had was 8GB. When I got it back from the guy it was 4GB. When I checked out the ram inside he actually took both by 4GB sticks and replaced them both with 2GB sticks. #2 the hard drive he gave me back stating it was my old bad hard drive. Was actually a 320 and my original was a 750GB. I brought the hard drive to another store and asked for them if they could get the data. When they saved it they put it on a brand new flash drive. When i opened the data it was nothing but black people. and the computer appeared to be a black girl. I am a white male in my 40s happily married with 3 kids. I don't even have a single black friend. So this guy stole ram out of my machine and gave me back someone elses hard drive. I also found out from HP that my machine had a warranty and a bad hard drive would have been covered. So in the end I do believe I just has a virus.

I know a decent amount about computers. When I purchased my machine a year ago I did a decent amount of research. I even kept my original box when I purchased it. I went to this place in july to have my machine looked at. It was running rather slow I was thinking it was a virus as I do tend to pirate movies. This guy came off as pretty cool at first. Explained to me my hard drive was bad and that was why it was slow. So I said fine and he could replace the hard drive and install my operating system. I told him I wanted the old hard drive. He said that was fine. I picked up the machine and took it home. But to my confusion my machine was running even slower. So I began looking into why it was running slower. They cleaned up all the viruses,restored all lost files, and blew away all the bloatware that came with my 3yr old laptop. It literally runs faster than new!!!!! I have spent many hours in the past fixing virus issues, not anymore....Well worth the money they charge. The folks there are honest and provide a great service at an outstanding price. I have been looking for a place to fix my computer problems and i came across metro computer group. The owners andy and megan are such nice people . In no time i was hooked up and running with my computer and it runs the best it ever ran. The prices are good, the service is great and fast so what more could you ask for .
