The law firm of John R. Vivian, Jr. was established in 1982 as a general practice with emphasis on trial litigation. These experienced attorneys are dedicated to providing quality personalized service with great concern for clients' needs, while maintaining a sensitivity to the cost of legal services. A highly-trained legal support staff and state-of-the-art computer research and data recovery resources are utilized to enable the firm to handle a broad spectrum of litigation needs. Mr. Vivian appeared regularly on television program "Law Journal" that airs in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Maryland. He also teaches and lectures for continuing legal education. The law practice has been recognized by the Southern Christian Leadership Conference for fairness in the representation of minorities.
