General Info

The State Theatre Center for the Arts, located in historic, downtown Easton PA, bordering New Jersey, has been entertaining audiences since it opened on the B.F. Keith vaudeville circuit in 1926. The non-profit, member supported State Theatre presents a diverse schedule every season, including popular music, comedy, Broadway musicals and family entertainment. In addition to the 1,500 seat main hall, the Center for the Arts includes The Gallery, a contemporary fine arts space, and the Acopian Ballroom, both of which are used for performance and special events. The eclectic facility and individual rooms are available for rentals, including weddings. The State Theatre has also created and annually produces The FREDDY© Awards, a live television broadcast that recognizes outstanding achievement in high school musical theater in Lehigh & Northampton Counties of PA and Warren County, NJ.
