If it wasn't for the matter of convenience I wouldn't come and deal with the staff and the attitude that you get whether on the phone or in person... If you speak English you seem to get looked down upon by some of the women that work there. They are not all nasty and unruly. I am rethinking my choice of convenience after 2 visits. 1 with the pediatric side of the practice and the other with my teenage daughter and the women's health side . St . Luke's needs to rethink what they are doing at this office... It's borderline horrible ...
