With a fantastic selection of used and vintage stringed instruments on display and for sale - including some rare and precious ones - Luthiers' Co-Op is not your typical music store. It offers comprehensive instrument repairs and restorations. There are an array of Master Luthiers here, expert in everything from basic setups to lovingly bringing vintage instruments back to vibrant life. It's a friendly and unhurried place crammed with treasures. Plus it's a performance space after hours, with beer and wine and a stage that boasts an unbeatable backdrop: a wall covered with eye-popping vintage guitars. Each member of the helpful, expert staff is a musician in his/her own right. You get straight talk from them. If you love electric and acoustic guitars, banjos, fiddles, mandolins, basses and more, you will marvel at this unique jewel of a place in Easthampton. And you'll be back.
