First time I ever decided to try KFC was at this restaurant. Pulled up to the drive through at 6:30PM and spent 20 minutes there. Nobody ahead of me except for one car who got to the window and was given their bag of food. I spoke into the drive in mic a few times asking "HELLO!? ANYBODY THERE!?" with no answer, backed my car up over the freaking thing that bleeps in the drive through employee's mic's so they know someone's there ordering food, etc. and nobody f'ing answered the entire time I was there. After seeing three cars leave while I was in the drive through it made me feel like they just don't want customers TBH. Really awful service in terms of not even getting service at all. If I could give zero stars for not even getting to order I would.

I got a bad case of FOOD POISONING. SATURDAY night at 6:30 I ordered 2extra crispy this and a large cold slaw. Ate it around 7 and I then waS up all night vomiting and diarrhea am still nauseated today....

Chicken strips and steak fries overdone. Employees poorly trained. No sauces provided & no butter or honey for biscuit. Had to ask for everything extra. Husband had tacos & they were OK.

We went to the East Wenatchee KFC order 38.00 worth of food. I was so disappointed to get to our destination and find no silverware,no napkins no butter or honey for the rolls. Were we to eat with the lids to the food. I guess I will have start checking packaging before I leave or dont go to KFC in East Wenatchee. Pam

I give this establishment - and I use the term lightly - 1 star, merely for the fact that they manage to keep people coming back. Every time I have gone there, my order is wrong, I get charged for the wrong item, double charged, or my coleslaw is loaded into the bag sideways, causing it to spill everywhere. This time - being about 12 minutes ago - I was charged for an extra item that I did not order or receive, and then the coleslaw destroyed the bottom of my bag , which then sent the corn on the cob rolling across my seat, soiling my very expensive jacket, and leaving a trail across my passenger seat.To say the least, I am disgusted with KFC/Taco Bell's service. This will be the last time I chance lunch. Even my love of coleslaw is not enough to bring me back.That is all.Update:Spoke with a manager at the store. Was very nice and understanding, offered refund and promised speak with server immediately.

I can't count the times we've gone there for the buffet and found the buffet table dried up and mostly empty! May 30,2007 we went through the drive thru to get a 16 pc. extra crispy meal and were told at 7:30 that they were out of extra crispy and did not have enough of any chicken to make a 16 pc. meal.I asked how long the wait would be to cook it and they said they were not cooking any more and were cleaing the cookers.They are open till 10:pm! We were there between 7:30 and 8:P.M.. Were pretty much giving up on them.
