We had just purchased a home and discovered our residential irrigation pump was not working. This all happened on the Monday before the July 4th holiday. I called ITC expecting to be scheduled out several weeks at about 1:30 on July 3rd. They took my name, and a service representation called me back within the hour to ask more information and told me he would send someone out. When I asked "when?" he said he should arrive in about 30 minutes, and HE DID!! Parts were needed to fix the pump which he did not have on his truck or in the shop, so his boss was called about 4:30 the day before a holiday and they worked to ensure my part was ordered by the end of the day. Early on Wednesday, July 5th I received a call, my part was in and they would be over to install, and all was back operational before noon that day. My lawn was literally dying from lack of water before I called ITC. I was extremely impressed with their prompt call back, arrival and dedication to get our irrigation pump back up and running. And the largest thing I appreciate, they did the JOB RIGHT!! We had just paid someone else to work on the pump and continued to have problems, but my lawn is now a lush green thanks to ITC. I would highly recommend this company!!
