Very Bad Management! Not a good situation -- just ask some of the residence! We get threatening notices of eviction as their protocol . It doesn't matter if you are a good tenant that pays your rent on time for years. They don't respect or have any consideration of proper public relations. Not to mention that you might be subjected to up to four or five inspections a year and will be delivered a couple fliers a month at least! That often are in a threatening manner to tenants.Abuse of power! They treat people bad because they are on Subsidized Housing I think and they feel they can get away with it. No respect at all for low income people. It doesn't take long for the fliers to bombard you. Bad deal all around folks!! If you are still interested please ask questions about these matters.
