Bryan is one of the very rare jewels in Rhode Island that spends the entire treatment time working on the patient, and not balancing several visits per time slot, filling time with "ice" and unsupervised exercise, or passing you along to a lesser paid, less experienced aide or assistant. He is one of a kind!

I have followed Brian Silva to All Coast Physical Therapy because he seems to be the only therapist that can effectively treat my lower neck and back pain. I have tried other therapist in the past and he is the only one that spends the entire treatment time working on me, and not jus making me exercise or ice so I feel like Im gettin my time and monies worth. He has waved canceleation fees and even seen me on a Sunday when i was in extreme pain from gardening all day. He is young, extremely knowledgable and patient. Best therapist I have seen with my lower nexk and back pain!
