I needed my truck repaired and contacted Patton-Ring and they came out and service my truck on-sight I-74 outside Bloomington, IL. I was on a schedule and they have me up and going within 2 hours. I would highly recommend them if you are running thru the area of Bloomington and are broken down, as they diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes and repaired the problem without hesitation. I took my RV to Patton-Ring for handling problems. It was swaying badly. They told me to bring it in the same day I called. They called back a little later the same day and diagnosed the problem to be a broken trak bar. I also brought some additional parts for them to install. The put those on right away but had to order parts for the trac bar. They got the job done and back to me in a reasonable time and cost. I'm very happy with the work they did.

WORST EXPERIANCE I EVER HAD!!!!!!! THEY PUT THE WRONG CLUTCH IN AND TOLD ME IT WAS THE TRANSMISSION MAKING THE NOISE, I TOOK IT THERE FOR A CLEANING OF A TURBO AND ENDED UP COSTING ME OVER $ 10.000.00 !!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THAT DOOR. MY _SS STILL HURTS!!!!!!

I purchased a used Motorhome in January of 2010 and because I had driven a Semi for a man that had his repair work done at Patton-Ring I took the motorhome to them for service & repair work. The service is excellent, the manager is very friendly and will explain anything & everything. The cost has always been less than I expected and some repairs I thought I would need, when checked by them, instead of doing them and charging me for repairs I didn't need, I was told I didn't need them. So far I have complete confidence in them. Their service has exceeded my expectations. I have recomended them to others.
