      East Hampton Point Restaurant serves contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis on fresh local produce, seafood and poultry. The restaurant is open from 1st April to Labor Day. It serves oysters, celery mignonette, jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce, crab claws, lump crab cakes with avocado and grapefruit emulsion, house-cured salmon with potato galette, tepper-seared tuna, sesame wax beans and slow-roasted beets. Its main course features seared sea scallops over sweet corn polenta pancetta, roasted Scottish salmon asparagus and morel risotto, steamed lobster, whipped potatoes, sweet corn polenta, French green beans and spinach. The restaurant is operated by East Hampton Point, which is a waterfront resort and operates restaurants, cottages and suites. East Hampton Point Restaurant is located in East Hampton, N.Y.
