My dog was not eating and excessively urinating. Upon taking her in, speaking to "the doctor," and explaining our difficult financial situation, she did a stool and urinalysis which was clear. Then, she supposedly did an ultrasound and found fluid in her abdomen which turned out to be blood - but she could not say from where without more tests. Upon reiterating our financial situation and asking for a payment plan, she said "The person who decides that is not here." Immediately, it became gloom and doom and basically a death sentence for my dog. So, upon this selfish woman's advice, we put our family member to sleep. This deplorable experience Has Made Me Bitter Toward Veterinary Medicine. Once They Know That You Do Not Have The Money, It is All Gloom And Doom. It Is Clearly All About Money For This Facility. To add insult to injury, she sent a disgusting sympathy card. To this facility and this "doctor", your are responsible for the lives of animals. Thank you for putting a price tag on the life of my family member. You are reprehensible and unethical.

Price is Price. Having an animal cared for in a medical setting is going to be expensive anywhere you go. That being said, the cost here is about the same as the cost at any Vet. However, they worked with me on a solution that was within what I could pay. It wasn't a situation where the most expensive treatment was the only treatment that was recommended. I was given options, and wasn't pressured into a decision. I appreciate that.



They saved my cat's life today. For that I am grateful. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, professional and curious. most importantly, my cat is alive because of them.



Clean establishment, clean exam rooms, and not a long wait. I called at 11, and was seen at 2 that day. The procedure lasted a few hours, and I was called when it was finished. I was given clear instructions on how to care for my cat in his current condition, and the doc answered every one of my questions without hesitation.

I was in desperate need of their emergency euthanasia at home services. Service states someone would call within 24 hrs. Dr. Gurevich is the only vet on staff that provides this service. I ended up calling a second time but received the same message. I really needed this service as the dog was suffering and was too large for me to get into the car. Needless to say 24 hrs came and passed and the next day came and passed. I called on Monday to say thanks for nothing as the dog passed away on Saturday. This place does not perform the services they advertised.

The staff are very nice and friendly. But I have a problem with the vet, his name is Lxxxxx, Gxxxxxxx.

He acted like he care about our dog but all he did was trying to do more tests again and again.
