OLGA is racist!!! She told an African American customer she would have to do more than 8 treatments because "black people hair is too corse for just one treatment" her exact words!! I couldn't believe that! im disgusted!!! I am white but this offended me on so many levels!!! I got my consultation but after that I decided to leave!!! Not coming back Expensive and customer service is horrible. Do not come here

The secretary is really nice. But the manager and the specialist OLGA are horrrrrible with customer service!!! This place is so expensive and they treat you like trash when your paying them for services!!!!! They lose your receipts and lose Your folders. Unprofessional, disorderly, disgusting treatment and organization. I advise everybody to be cautious and aware of how you will be treated here!!!! Save yourself from the headache and their drama!

The esthetician was beyond RUDE AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT SKIN AT ALL!! She was condescending and my skin looked terrible after and informed me it was my fault. THIS FACILITY IS A SCAM!!
