On two separate occasions I had to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor. The first time, they called me to come in early due to cancellations - I still waited over an hour to be seen and had to leave for another appointment before picking out my new glasses. I had to return later that week during my lunch hour to pick them out. The second time, I waited an hour and then told the scheduler that I was leaving and couldn't wait any longer. I never heard from the doctor or the office after leaving - I guess they don't my business. I will be looking for a new eye doctor very soon.
