STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!

I placed an internet order for flowers for my mother in law for Mexican Mothers Day. The day of the holiday I contact the shop to see if the order had been received and all was good to go.The phone is answered by a gentleman who tells me my order was sent, but then retracts his statement and starts sounding very unknowledgeable. The whole time he s asking someone else about internet orders and he s relaying messages back and forth. Finally the other person gets the phone, and it was Eva. Eva informs me that yes the order was received but the only issue was that one of the roses (spray roses) weren t available, they had ran out, but would replace it with a similar rose and all would be good and that the order would be sent. My mother in law gets called by my husband to see if she received her gift and he gets told she never received anything. He then contacts the shop and is again dealing with the unknowledgeable staff and gets told that any internet orders would go out the following day. I get home and get told of the whole situation and contact the shop myself since i had spoken to Eva in the morning. Yet once more i get various answers as to it being delivered and when. I m beyond irate and the gal unsure of what to do gives me Eva s phone number. I contact her and ask what is up with my order and why theres any issue if we had spoken prior. She was not only rude, her tone was just plain nasty. I m asked, what the hell I want her to do and that customers like me aren t needed , among other things....nothing pleasant. She then tells me she will cancel my order and that I can dispute the charge. I will never ever place an order with this business. They know nothing about customer service and I wonder why they are even still in business with how horrid she treats people.
