As a rheumatologist, Dr. Marc Nolan works with patients who have rare and complex conditions like rheumatoid arthritis (RA), lupus, gout, vasculitis, like giant cell arteritis, polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR), and other conditions that manifest systemically and involve the whole body. Similarly in his practice, Dr. Nolan takes a whole body approach helping each patient manage their autoimmune disease to minimize the impact it has on their whole body. This often means a multidisciplinary approach that involves collaborating with physicians in other specialties. Rheumatologic conditions are often chronic, and Dr. Nolan recognizes the importance of quality of life in finding the best balance of activity, work, and one’s goals to achieve the best outcomes customized and personalized to every individual.
