Beckman High School, located in Dyersville, Iowa, is a Catholic school. It provides a variety of educational, enrichment and cocurricular programs to students in grades seven through 12. Founded in 1966, the school is approved by the Archdiocese of Dubuque, Iowa and the state department of education. Beckman High School s core curriculum includes English, arts, music, science, social studies, mathematics, and computer and physical education. The school also provides various special programs, such as mentoring and career planning and learning disabilities programs. It also provides advanced placement programs and has an academic partnership with Northeast Iowa Community College. Beckman High School offers various sports activities, including football, baseball, basketball, volleyball and golf. It also provides cross-country, tennis, soccer, wrestling, softball, and track and field activities.
