My sport watch which I have had many years recently died. I took it to here to get a new battery. This was my first time to meet Rachid. He replaced the battery, set the time and settings, and had me on my way within 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price. He is a very nice and personable man and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him with no hesitation.

First of all he changed my watch batterie in less than 5 mom and he did it well and for only $6!!! He also cleaned my watch for free!!!!!! And it looked soo good this man had a great attitude towards everybody there were several people in the ro that said the exact same thing he is just an EXPERT and does it for such an affordable price he changed my crystal on my watch a couple days later and he did it quickly efficiently and perfectly he also was kind enough to give my daughter a Loli-pop!!! I will definitely come back to this store and i recommend it to anybody who wants 5 star work and attitude !!!!!!!!!!

The metal components of my watch band broke and I needed it repaired. I called a few minutes before they were closing for the evening and the owner offered to stay open a few extra minutes giving me time to drive over. When I arrived the owner was extremely friendly and professional. He had the parts in stock to fix my watchband and even used his tools to make a modification to ensure a perfect fit. the total cost for the repaired watch band and a new battery was only $20! I will definitely return for all my watch and jewelry needs.

I have also had work done by other places; Ross, Jareds, Lafayette, etc. Some Jewelers don't work with Sterling Silver, while others have you fill out so much paperwork just to get a ring sized and then take all day to do it. Rachid is quick, thorough, and works with both gold/silver. His prices are below the rest. His work is guaranteed and the bottom line is his work is awesome.
