If you, your parents, or an elderly loved one have reached a time in life where you need a little extra help, but still want to remain in the comfort of home, we may be able to help! Help Is On The Way assists seniors and elderly with everyday tasks like going to the store, taking out the trash, remembering to take medications, preparing a simple meal, basic housekeeping chores, or transportation to doctor's appointments or social activities when nursing or full home health care is not needed. Help Is On The Way provides a variety of services for the elderly in or out of their home or place of residence. We will bring about great changes for families. Many of our clients have found that they have increased mobility, increased socialization and have decreased the necessity to rely on friends and family for care. These changes can be extremely successful for everyone involved. Increasing independence through assistance helps the elderly experience a renewed sense of purpose and the feeling that life has meaning and hope for the future. Help Is On The Way strives to help ensure a higher quality of life for its clients and their families.

We chose to make a positive difference in the lives of mature adults and their families who love them. The Help Is On The Way companion will perform collective duties with confidence, concern, commitment, cheerfulness, and care. We will treat every contact as a friend, every client as family and perform every task with honor. Companion Services Companions provide our clients with support services such as: • Companionship • Light Housekeeping • Meal Preparation / Clean Up • Medication Reminders • Laundry / Changing Linens • Essential Errands • Transportation to Doctor's Visits, Beauty Parlor, Barber Shop, Grocery Store and Social Events Serves people in the Durham and Chapel Hill areas Honors your preferences and works to meet your individual needs.
