I took my universal sewing machine in for repair . It is very old but an excellent machine . I had to contact them several times before it was repaired. In fact it was at the shop for two months! It works now at the cost of 300$ the work didn't take more than a day to complete. I believe that was a little too much. I have my treasured machine back and learned a valuable lesson. I will never go there again.

This is by far the best vacuum and sewing repair in our area. John is an outstanding human being and very skilled at diagnostics and repair. Don't bother to go anywhere else!
