Email or stop by with a photo of the furniture you’d like to consign. We will evaluate it and decide whether it is something we CAN sell. Smaller items CAN BE brought into the store for evaluation during normal business hours. ALL furniture consignment must BE pre-approved before making arrangements to have the items delivered to US. CONSIGNMENTS are accepted by appointment only (unless furniture is small) Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 A. M. - 6:00 p. M. If it’s easier for US to come to YOU – give US a call and we’ll stop by AT your convenience. ​ we PAY consignors 50% of the selling price for ALL merchandise sold. Payment to consignor is the 15TH of each month for the previous month’s SALES. CONSIGNORS will have the option to place their items on a non-profit account. If desired – when their item sells the proceeds CAN BE donated to the NON profit organization of their choice in LA plata county. On behalf of the consignor, a copy of your donation letter will BE emailed to YOU promptly for your TAX PURPOSES. OUR contract term for merchandise is 60 days. During the 60 DAY consignment period merchandise will BE marked down AS follows: 15% after 15 DAYS 30% after 30 days 50% after 50 DAYS AFTER the 60-DAY contract has expired. The consignor has 7 business days to reclaim their unsold merchandise. For a $25 delivery FEE. We CAN return the unsold item back to its original home. Unsold items that are NO longer wanted by the consignor will BE donated to a local NON profit resale store. Or to a Family IN-NEED. Consignors are always welcome to call or stop by the store to inquire about the status of their items. Consignors CAN create an account which will allow them to check the status of their items from the comforts of their OWN home. ​​we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. ALL sales are final.
