I am very disappointed with RAC. First the woman Kim at the desk - who answers all the calls - is rude and very unpleasant. She yelled me because I had misunderstood a delivery timer and spoke to me as if I was a child of 6 in high school and I had been badly behaved. The manager then gave me a delivery time that was completely wrong. We had ordered a sleeper sofa from Overstock and it had arrived at RAC in Durnago Co 2 days ago. The delivery guy, on his way to our house, with the sofa tells me it had broken legs and cannot be used. It apparently arrived from Denver that way. Why didn't RAC tell me it was damaged? It was sitting right there in their warehouse. Now I have a real problem as I have a sleeper sofa that is broken and people arriving on Monday for the holidays to use it. This will mean a person has no where to sleep over Christmas. I will NEVER use RAC in the future and I suggest anyone considering it try someone else.
