Sherri specializes in corporate and real estate matters, including complex mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, organizational structure, reorganizations and refinancings, and drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, real estate leases and other contracts, credit facilities, software and other licensing agreements, and restrictive covenants such as non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.
