At first going there I received a nice warm welcome from the office staff but the doc was very pessimistic, I was hesitant to go back and resched my next appt twice. A couple months down the road I received a bill for $100 for missed appts, I called multiple times asking for a copy of the agreement I signed agreeing to such a charge before sending payment. I never received it. Then I recieved a notice a couple months later that I was being sent to collection, again I tried repeatedly to call them for the agreement, twice I was told they would fax it and never did. I called again leaving messages and never once was a phone call returned. Finally I reached a woman who within less than 2 minutes said she had it and was going to fax it, I never received it. More phone calls, no return calls. Now I receive a notice that I owe $22 for clerical work to look for the agreement that I still have not received. I left another message that I'm sure will not be returned. Horrible experience
