Unprofessional

This is the most unprofessional medical office I've ever been to. The wait in the lobby is long and the wait in the room is longer. I finally opened my door to make sure they hadn't forgotten me. This happened to me twice and my daughter twice. We both had phone calls later from a radiologist informing us of an upcoming appointment that Dr. McMahn had made for us. The office NEVER called either of us to tell us of any problem that was found. When I called to find out what happened all I got was apologies following putting blame on someone else. I gave them 2 chances and each time the same thing happened. Dr. McMahn is very friendly and easy to talk to, she just doesn't know what's going on in her office. We both saw Dr. McMahn but I was told that Dr. Jones (who we never saw) is the one who ordered the test.

Unpleasant Experience

The staff at Mind Body Spirit are far from professional. After arriving at the center I was forced to wait for 20 minutes because the office was closed with no notice of any kind. When the staff finally arrived they were short & snappy with me and didn't seem to know why I was upset that I had to wait outside in the blistering heat. Not to mention, I was the only patient there at the time and I waited in my room for approximately 45 minutes, with nothing but the provided paper gown before being seen. Overall, it was not a good experience & I do not plan to go back.On the flip side, Dr. Connette was very knowledgeable and friendly during my entire visit. They just need to hire new staff!
