Purchased two pallets of sod at a premium price from this business and both pallets where in terrible condition(looked old and was dry all the way through the pallet). Called them on three different occasions to tell them about the sod and they never came out and never heard from them. Do not buy sod from this company. They will not back up there product and you will be stuck with what they bring you and I promise it will not be good sod.

We purchased 16 pallets of sod from Travis Resmondo. Within 2-3 weeks approximately 2 of the pallets were looking very bad. We had a company come out and told us we had sod web worms. They treated the area and said it may or may not recover, but would take months if it even came back. We called Travis Resmondo hoping he would stand behind his product, however we were shocked at his response. Travis told us that we had no common sense because there is no way only 1 area would die and not the whole yard. He continued to yell and degrade us for about 5 minutes before hanging up on us. He also said if we wrote a bad online review that he would have his attorneys bring a law suit against us! I have never experienced such terrible customer service and would strongly recommend buying your sod from somewhere else.e, or highly recommended because

I had to give him a star because the system would not let me post without one. This is a very bad company to order from. We received I delivery the delivery guy was really nice. But when I called the company for our issue the person who answer the phone was so rude and well as the order Travis Resmondo he told me that what we order was Bahia grass and that is how it is. Our issue was that the grass normally come in square but ours did not it was a mess the owe Travis was very rude and also lie to me. I have never in all my years working with companies have ever had to deal with someone so rude and he called himself the own I don't see how this man is even in business.
