Hats off to Ricks Heating and AC! They went above and beyond in their service and professionalism. The ac went out during a heatwave and they were johnny on the spot! They had to replace the entire unit which they did within 24 hours. As we were without air until the unit was replaced they supplied us with fans to keep the moving (WOW)! Rick and his staff were very kind and professional the entire time. I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooking needs. Can't say enough about them! They were GREAT!!!! Thank you so very much Rick!

Rick's Heating and AC installed a new gas furnace for me. I was impressed with him and his employees, they were knowledgeable about the furnace and explained to me in detail what they were going to do AND they did it all at a great price! I did have one minor service issue but came right away to fix it (it was after hours). I recommend them highly!

Rick put in new AC/furnace in ...

Rick put in new AC/furnace in the winter of 2010. After many phone calls and a few ignored appointments (he did not show up) he still has yet to come back and finish the job. He has not hooked up the drain pipe for the AC (water falls into the crawl space) can;t be good (mold sooner or later if not now) He also was called about the hallway in which the furnace and AC room comes off of, gets about 95 degrees when the air conditioner is on??? still don't know why. Did he sell us too big of a unit or what? there may be a good reason but he has yet to come out and address that either after all of our calls.. (the thermostate is at the end of this same hallway.so guess what runs all the time?I am not happy and would never hire him again, but I am still going to try and get him out to finish the job!
