They never answer their phone. I had an emergency and have been calling 5 days in a row and no answer or call back.

Dr. Yount has been my dentist since I was 10 and I am now 27. He has always been very gentle, and friendly. His staff is also very friendly and caring. I like when I am able to go to my appointments, and they remember who you are, and take the time to keep invested in your life. There are so many wonderful things to say about his practice, I would recommend his practice to anyone.

Only giving 2 stars due to how wonderful the hygienist was on the first visit with one of my kids' cleaning. The second time I went in to get the other one's cleaned Dr. Yount did it. He gave me a hard time about remaining in the room with my 5 yo while he was getting worked on. This was my son's first visit to him! Anyway, I was allowed to remain with him, but Yount said I wouldn't be allowed to accompany any of my children in again as it was their policy. I cancelled the appointment set up for my other child and have not returned.

Very nice and all the staff does a very nice job. Great with kids
