The customer service left much to be desired. The staff was very unfriendly. I was not given an option of six inch/foot long. I was automatically given a foot long sub, but since they advertise the $5 footlong, I assumed I was getting a good deal. However, when I went to ring out they charged me regular price for both of my sandwiches, and when I complained they said they were sorry and it was "too bad". I had enough points to get a free six inch, so if I were given the option, or even some information on what they were giving me, I would have chosen the six inch! It seemed like they were in such a hurry to get me out of there, and it showed in the sloppy way my sandwich was put together - I was even given the wrong bread! I would not recommend that location to anyone!!!
