Dr. Grant at the Draper Location of Stonehaven Dental is the best dentist I've ever been to. Don't listen to the naysayers. He is amazing. He took care of me when I had an abscessed tooth out of the country, and did emergency work as soon as I got back. He knows how to safely remove the old silver (mercury filled) fillings. He is the absolute best.

As pleasant of a dental visit as one could hope for.

I was very nervous to get my dental work done but the entire staff put me at ease and everything went great! I worried for nothing!

I went in to recieve a basic cleaning and get an exam. I went in with no pain, no pink in the sink. I ask not to do X-rays due having no dental and they are expensive. When I got there they told me that they couldnt do my cleaning with out the them. I mentioned again that I did not have insurance. The hygenist told me they would do just my back teeth in order to cut the price down, so I agreed. She takes them, measures my gums at 6 sometimes 7, has me sit up and tells me I have peridontal disease, "I dont know if you can see it but your tooth is arching here," then she tells me I need an $800 cleaning. I was in tears and she says, "I dont want you to lose your beautiful teeth." I got a second opinion, the highest gum depth the DENTIST got was a 4 on one tooth and that none of my teeth have bone lose. Basic cleaning and being better about flossing should fix me right up. He assured me my teeth were not going to fall out and that Im still very young and he didnt see peridontal disease.

This dentist office is out of this world awesome! No one can compare to them!! If you haven't been here then u are missing out! Great service and I'm very appreciative of their charity contributions! Come and join the family!!!! ✔️������������➕

Horrible billing department. If you want to get ripped off EVERY time you go in, then this is the place for you. I went in for a simple check up and had no cavities - no problems at all. Just a check up. I paid my bill there (I don't have insurance) with a credit card. They keep sending me bills saying I owe more. How do I owe more, I had nothing done! I tried calling the billing department and conveniently, no one is available. I emailed stating my concern and haven't heard anything back except another freaking bill! Also, my appointment before this one when I did have work done, I got the bill (which was also was wrong) and asked for the invoice. It was so jumbled up and disorganized and I asked them to explain it to me and they couldn't even figure it out. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Go to a private dentist. These guys, at least the billing department, are not the sharpest tools in the shed. In my experience, the dentists are fine and good, but you will get ripped off.

Absolutely horrible. They told me I needed over $1000 worth of work on my teeth. They told me I needed 4 crowns to replace cavity fillings and that I needed a cavity filled. Got a second opinion and it was not true. I get severe anxiety about having dental work. When I explained it to one of the employees they compared me to a child and made me feel foolish. I started going to a new dentist and feel so much better about the care I am given now compared to at stonehaven.



DO NOT get orthodontics here! Do your research and find somewhere better! Their billing is messed up. my braces are completely paid off and they tried billing me for another $1k. This place should not be running a business if they can't even keep track of what the customer and the insurance companies have paid out. Seems a little crooked to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's seriously been a nightmare working with them and I wish I had looked around more for a better place to get my braces done.

BE AGGRESSIVE! Passive Aggressive!!!!!! I went in for my new patient exam and I could not believe that the first sighted that greeted me was Audrey ( Maybe Aubrey.) the office manager belittling here staff! My roommate's best friend works as a patient advocate and is the one who recommend me to come in to the office. She told me all about the office and really got me hooked. I was SHOCKED to walk in a be greeted by the sight of her being bullied by her team manager. It made me very worried about if they treat staff with passive aggressiveness how i would be treated. I could not even believe she had such loyal and glowing reports of a place ran by the biggest BULLY I ever saw. Luckily Kalani did my cleaning and was a dream boat. Dr. Jeff did my exam and did great. He seemed tired but then again the place was pretty busy. Just my luck that even though I got a tour from a different gal, Audrey/Aubrey took over my case because I had quite a bit of work to be done. All I could think is.... this is the women i just witnessed bullying a mutual friend and now she is being sickly sweet to me. It really turned me off to what she had to say to me. I do not tolerate bullies and maybe I am over reacting but I just simple turned off. I knew from the friend that they require payment on booking and like to get you scheduled ASAP. I even had cash on me because I knew going in I would need some major work. Because I was so aggravated about Audrey/Aubrey's behavioral I decided that even though the staff was AMAZING I would not let this bully win. I simple took me print out and went home. Im sorry to Dr. Jeff and Kalani who worked so hard that you suffer from this too, but I could not let a big bully be rewarded. Audrey/Aubrey I sincerely hope you met Karma.

As a warning to those new in town, DO NOT make this your choice! A year ago we took out three kids for their six month check up and this was our first time to go here. They wanted to fill about 12 cavities in the three kids as well as supposedly repair a small crack in my husband's tooth. We were very uncomfortable with the recommendations they made because our past dentists had never suggested so much work with so little attention paid and felt they were just trying to run up a big bill. In fact, that is exactly what happened! They assured us that insurance covered everything. We have great insurance and still ended up paying over $1000. The small crack my husband had was made significantly worse and he had to go back to a different dentist and have it repaired. The next dentist's comment was that no one should have ever touched that small crack as it would've been just fine left alone. Since our visit to Stonehaven a year ago we have had to check ups with a new dentist that we really like and the children have had a total of two cavities in that year. It has been exceedingly clear to us in hindsight that this dentist office is all about running up extremely high bills and trying to get the insurance money. A lot of their techniques are not fully covered by insurance so beware of a big bill several months later from your insurance company! Don't believe they're line about everything being covered by insurance!

I went to Stonehaven Dental and after I paid I waited for almost an hour before they told me that they had mistakenly marked me down as a no show. They wouldn't treat me that day and made me make another appointment. I am a single parent paying a babysitter. I will never go back

Worst dental experience.. I would NOT recommend anyone go to this office if you are looking for personal and friendly office staff or dentist. Everything you do is with a "consultant". The dentist that examined me came in before the cleaning was even done. Didn't introduce herself at all and was SO unprofessional! She stated I had 7 cavities. Tried to up-sell me on things my insurance didn't cover. I am 27 and have had 1 cavity my whole life. I go to the dentist every 6 months. I went to another dentist who I have been going to for 6 years, but wanted to find a closer dentist to home. BAD IDEA! I told them I didn't want any work done until I got a second opinion. I went to my old dentist today and I only have 1 cavity....they will try to fill anything they think is a cavity so they can pay all their "consultants" and un-professional office staff. All they cared about was getting me set up with financing so I could pay for my 7 cavities that I don't have!!!

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!. I had to have a root canal done and the "forgot" to include the crown as part of the billing but my insurance doesn't cover crowns. I wasn't in any pain and would have waited to be on better dental insurance had I knows. Now I'm stuck with an $834 bill and all they would tell me is "it was your responsibility to know too". Apparently their customers are all supposed to know what they are supposed to bill.

Exceptional in every way. All staff creates a feeing of warmth and accommodation. Professional yet humanistic. The atmosphere is calming in decor. Thanks for your personal touch!

Dr. Bret is great and considerately answers all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Stonehaven Dental!

Great dental office. The staff is very friendly. I was impressed with Dr. Eric in how he let me know what was going one with my root canal and any questions I had.

I was a little scared to go to the dentist, but they made it fun for me. It was the best visit to the dentist I've had so far and now I'm going to be a loyal patient of theirs.

The service provided was far more superior than any other dentist I had been to in the past. The wait time was really short and was brought back to see a dentist within 5 minutes of arriving.

They really try and take care of all of the details and treat you well. It was nice to go in for a checkup and fix the problems they found in the same day, without having to reschedule.

As usual all were excellent. Look forward to my next visit..not something I've ever said to a dentist before.

We appreciate Audrey for keeping an eye on our 3 month old and our 2 year old while the rest of our family was having our teeth cleaned. Erin was great. She got a movie going to help distract as well. It gets a bit tricky when the whole family goes in. We appreciate the hospitality.
