This is a company run by illiterate thugs; No decorum. Don't expect civility from thugs; use their language. Someone at Cambridge Public schools must be connected to one of the idiots with major shares in this profit scheme gambling with the lives of special needs kids. I do not see how else they would continue to hold the transport contract with the complaints lodged against them DAILY! I am initiating a campaign to boycott their services. I was in a parking lot with my car parked in a handicapped spot. It was raining and I was trying to make my way through the lot when a women driving there van was driving fast and almost hit me. She began to yell at me telling me I shouldn't be cutting her off. I said people have the right of way and she shouldn't be going so fast. I told her I would report her.

Unfortunately I know of a case were they told one of there drivers that the next day he would have his random drug test! This driver asked family and friends until he was able to obtain a "clean" sample! Random should be random, no warning! Children's sadety is at risk! Her e is a hint..refo all male employees who were tested between September and December...no warning!

These vans transport children back and forth to my child's school however today I watched one of the vans approach a stop sign at a busy intersection at Lowell Street and Summer Street in Somerville at 500pm. The van did not stop at all. Lots if accidents happen at this intersection. Parents be careful who your kids ride with. The driver didn't even seem to care at all. I was trying to cross the crosswalk.
