I went to this office a year ago with a problem, which I was told to ignore. I came back about a month ago with the same issue. Took me almost a week to get a hold of the office as there is no voicemail after hours & nobody ever answers the phone. When I finally got a hold of the office, I told them my issue (cyst) and that I needed to have it taken care of. When I got to my appointments (copay #1 $50, Doctor #1), I was expecting to get it taken care of, but the doctor said 'oh you have a cyst' which I told THEM before I got there, and made me set another appointment. At the second appointment (copay #2 $50, Doctor #2), they were supposed to do a procedure, that they were unable to complete properly. I was then told I needed to make a THIRD appointment for the OR so they could take care of it there. (Copay #3 $200). I was scheduled to go to the OR tomorrow at 130 (3-4 hour procedure) and was told no food or drink after midnight, meaning I was told no food or drink for 16 hours! The one Dr I saw was nice, the nurses were very nice, however the receptionist never answers the phone and they appear to be understaffed. Let me backtrack, I had this cyst issue 10 years ago and my dr at the time took care of it at the FIRST APPOINTMENT. Needless to say, I have canceled the surgery for tomorrow, and will be driving over and hour and a half to my OLD doctor that I trust.

This is a terrible practice. They constantly make mistakes in scheduling. Their office staff are unfriendly and act like they don't want to be bothered. The doctors are sub par and some of them are very unfriendly as well. As soon as I deliver I am going to be done with this group. If I wasn't so far along in my pregnancy I would change practices.

Great practice! Great staff and best doctor - Dr. Sendzik. If you're having a baby you want him to deliver! His years of expertise, knowledge and caring shine! Thanks to him we have a healthy and happy set of twins. My pregnancy was a difficult one but the guidance, caring and exceptional follow up from the entire practice resulted in a wonderful and memorable experience. I will always be especially thankful to Dr. Sendzik for his caring and expertise during a most difficult and vulnerable time during the delivery of my twins. I definitely would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an OB/GYN.

No complaints about the docs but the office staff is AWFUL! I get more customer service going to the home depot, Walmart, or the grocery store than I do from the nurses and staff here. They are rude, act like they couldn't be bothered, and act like they would rather be anywhere.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that the office does not have an email address to contact anyone. In addition to that, no one ever answers the phone. You will spend forever pressing buttons on the automated messaging system and then the office will wait five times as long to call you back. It's nearly impossible to get an appointment. They send you a postcard several months before your annual telling you to schedule a visit (which is great!), but when you call they tell you that that month's schedule isn't available yet and to call back closer to then. And of course by the time you call back, they are booked. So you ask when they have availability the next month and they say, "Oh sorry, we don't have that schedule yet, please call back... It's absurd, if I had the time and money to look elsewhere, I would be out of here in a heart beat.

I have been far from impressed with this practice. The reception staff is unfriendly and the doctors are uncaring. Medical concerns I asked about were dismissed and not taken seriously. When calling the nurses line to have questions answered, I only ever got an answering machine and it would take hours, if not days, to have someone call me back. I have found this practice to be completely inaccessible and their patients' health not to be a priority and I have since changed practices.

The doctors are good but the phone lines you have to go through are not good. I was beginning to think many practices were like this but that's not true. There are practices out there that still answer the phone when you call so you can speak with a person, not a machine.

I agree that doctor sendzyk is least caring I liked Dr Fitzgerald a lot and she I dint feel like rushed as to waiting unfortunately no matter how early or late u show up u still will wait at least half an hour

My last visit was horrible! I was a patient of their's since they where with Gribb & Chobby. My last visit was after my PCP found abnormal pap. After I waited well over 11/2 hrs(I was on time)for my apt. I was told my PCP never sent over my records & they where closed for lunch. I called my PCP not only where they still open they assured me they had sent my records. I was told to go get them from my PCP by the Nurse & they would see me when I got Back. On they way out to get them Dr.S Barrated me for not having them with me that I was suppose to bring them! That it was my fault! When I got to my PCP they where very nice should me the trasfer of records & gave me a 2nd copy. When I returned Dr.S refused to see me refused to talk to me and had the nurse tell me I would not be seen! I had Cancer! I needed surgery! My PCP arranged for a new Ob/Gyn who has been wonderful through my enter fight with the cancer. My treatment was delayed 60 days because of their mistake! DON'T USE THEM!

I feel that most of the doctors are caring but Dr Sendzik was my least favorite. I felt that he would ignore my questions and was on a time line. He would never ask me how I was doing and never spent more than 3 minutes with me. Hence, in the future I will never schedule an appointment with him again!

Great facility and staff, but their phone lines are a mess. I always get a busy signal or a continuing ring. It's a complete crapshoot to actually get through, and once you do you are met with one of those machines with "press one for ..." Nearly impossible to speak to a real person, so if you need to contact them in an emergency, not a good place to go.
