      Regular HoursM 10am-5pm, Tu 10am-7pm, W Closed, Th 10am-7pm, F 8am-5pm, Sa-Su Closed (The office is in the Hospital Plaza medical building, which is directly across Highland Ave from Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital. After entering the Hospital Plaza building, our Suite 100 office is through the first two doors on the right-hand side.)
