I am extremely happy with the service I've recided at A-Len. I've had numerous jobs done on my car by them and have been satisfied with each one. Never had a repeat issue. They do honest work and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Very professional as well.

For more than 10 years I've had A Len do all types of maintenance and repair work on my vehicles - from big projects like air conditioning, brakes, suspension and tune ups to minor fixes and repairs. They consistently do high quality, dependable work at very reasonable prices. They are honest and reputable and a pleasure to do business with. They've kept my 11, 15 and 17 year old vehicles running great. I'm very happy with them and wish everyone did as good a job as A Len. I recommend them highly.

done bussiness with them for years but the first sign that things did'nt go right ie air was fixed and worked for two days and then failed answer is pay more money and we will get it right! sounds like you get a tail light gurentee. once you leave and they see your tail light you don't have a leg to stand on they do no wrong!!!

a-len has the worst service I have ever delt with, I had to replace my fuel pump twice in 2 years I do not recomend any one bringing ther vehicle there for any kind of maintnence, I have the parts my mechanic took off to prove what a hack job they did, never again

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I will recommend this shop to friends and relatives. Customer service was outstanding and the service work performed on my vehicle was AAA. They were able to service multiple problems I was experiencing and the final bill was fair and reasonable.

I and my family have been using A-Lens for twenty years for work on Hondas, Fords, VWs,and Chevys. They are prompt fair, and stand 100% behind their work. I never hesitate to recommend them.

I agree with the 2nd review. The lady / owners if is rude! Kept cutting off in mId sentence......stating "I don't wanna hear about other opinions", etc....... seems like A very busy shop but in this economy YOU SHOULD WANT PEOPLE TO COME BACK? I KNOW I WONT. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE !! They must have made their money......snarling, "I've been doing this for 25 years".........Hint ......get an employee who knows how to people ......and stay home lady your face says it all "what your bothering me"???!! 50 to diagnose but it could run higher? Stay away

I dont know who that guy is referring to but A-Len has great owners! VERY reasonably priced and HONEST! We took our truck to Plainfield Automotive and they basically told us to sell it because it wasnt worth it to fix! A-Len fixed our truck for $200 and it runs fine now!! THEY ARE HONEST!
