Ruined my hair once even though I showed a picture they offered me to come back and they would fix it free. Well the fix made it a lot worse and it's nothing like the picture and I had to go out and buy a $17 kit to even look presentable. Also they allowed and apprentice to do my hair without telling me. I found out when I went back. She doesn't even have a posted license just an apprentice paper ugh saving up money to go to a much better salon down the road

they get the hair color right all the time, very enjoyable experience, lots of books to read and very knowledgeable on cutting hair. Awesome Job ladies.

The staff were friendly. The salon is kept clean. Shannon my hairstylist was friendly and amazing. I would recommend this salon to anyone. I was very satisfied with my color and cut. The prices are not bad either.

Now that is Hair Dimension....and every service pedicures, nails, color. Open late until 7 during the week and they accept plastic. They've been in Durham for over 30 years so you know they are doing somehing right- VERY RIGHT .

I've had cuts & color other places but - cleary Hair Dimensions ladies are career professionals- they were all so knowledgeable about the latest trends, products, styles & tenchniques. Love them ! And they are open in Dover 7 aays a week so it fits in my busy schedule to be pampered there until 8 at night !
