The only improvement they need is for the owner to learn how to treat his customers. I went to pick up my car and got yelled at 3 times and commended with a finger pointing to sit down and wait. Apparently, he was on the phone, which I did not realize, and instead of saying something like please hang on a few, he yelled at me and pointed to the seat as if I was a bad child who did something horrible. The rudest person I have encountered in many years, actually since ever. I am old and was simply a bit confused about who to talk to. He had no just cause to treat me meanly and rudely. I will pass the word around as much as possible.
