I got this place via priceline.I paid over $100 total for one day.Place was a mess.First, night club is housed in the same building and music is all over the place.Second, hotel is really under renovation, paint smell, messy hallways, etc.Third, carpet in the room was dirty, found roach in the bathroom.For $100 a night, this was the worst spending of my money EVER.Stay away from this place.Howard Johnson is independently operated and obvisously, corporation does not do any quality assurance on the part of its franchisees, otherwise this PLACE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN.Joe Kass

My wife and I stayed one night in this hotel, which wasn't the best in appearance and odor. The attendant seemed a bit too busy for us at first, but later was much nicer. Hotel staff should never be too busy for guests. I left a pair of mens pj pants on the bed...I called same day to inquire and hopefully retrieve them only to be put off and and no one called me back the first time. After my second call and several hours later I was called and informed that my pants were not found. I know the pants were found and this tells me the hotel has no policy or enforcement with staff to ensure items left by guests are collected and returned if called for. Poor service and poor hotel; I'd never stay here again.
