We leased a 2 bedroom apt here for 1 year. We received quick/good service on repairs. The grounds were clean and the gardeners pleasant. Commute to Dover AFB was about fifteen minutes. The newly refreshed/remodeled apartments are nice. Over all the office management is OK. We left at the end of our lease, because management wouldn't enforce their own rules on the lease.
