General Info

Dr. Lewallen was raised in Michigan and earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Hope College, Holland, MI and completed her Doctor of Optometry at the Illinois School of Optometry in Chicago. Dr. Lewallen has over 20 years of clinical experience she brings to Vision Quest. She and her husband relocated to Delaware in 1999. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves cooking, reading, and skiing. Dr. Lewallen is a member of the Delaware and American Optometric Associations and is certified by the American Board of Optometry. Dr. Lewallen provides comprehensive vision and medical eye care, including contact lens examinations and management of eye diseases including glaucoma, cataracts, eye infections and diabetic ocular health evaluations.
