I have this insurance and on August 30 of this year, I got involved in a car crash. The other party involved gave the information, there was a recorded interview and was given an adjuster immediately. Since then, I have been calling to give an information that a supposed adjuster called Jennifer Sobalvarra was waiting for. They gave me the extension 5054 and every time I called the number 1-866-721-6795, they would hang up on me. They are stopping me from processing my claim. They are very good at taking my money, and they charge me $10.00 penalty for failing to pay on time, but when I need them to help me, they are completely useless! Do not buy this insurance! They steal your money and do not help you at all!

I needed to file a claim against their policy holder who hit me and damaged my car. They would not start a claim. Said it would be weeks before they would get back to me. Hung up on me several times. Would not acknowledge if they received my fax. Rude Rude Rude.
