      This is not a great company to deal with. I personally called and made my order through Cynthia. She promised my merchandise would be to be the next day is I paid for FedEx - WRONG!!! ONE WEEK later I called to see where it was, oh yeah, not shipped!!!! They finally shipped it after I yelled at them. I did receive it the following day (a week and a day LATE), but SURPRISE, they put in the wrong brackets to hold up the shelves..... No surprise to me! What did these delays cost me - about 150.00 in sales! What did Cynthia give me for ALL these mess ups..... $21.00. WOW
