This company accepts packages and then group those packages together and ships them out of the country (mainly to Costa Rica). The problem is they open the original packaging and dump the contents into a GROUP package and then anyone who has shipped anything through these people and/or to a customer of there's is at risk of having claims filed because they really don't care (or have to care) how they the packages on. In addition, maybe U.S. Customs should look at this practice of freight forwarders who repackage jewelry and ship it out of the country. Do they file any declaration forms? Do they claim what they're sending? Do they have any responsibility for opening packages and then re-packaging those parcels for shipping out the the United States? I know my complaint is going in.
