We used the service for a corporate event. They were late picking us up, however the driver did call and advise..The Driver did not explain any of the mechanics inside the limo. The Bluetooth did not work and we found out after that there was no bluetooth although when you hit the button it gave directions. Although they said the radio did work, it was nothing but static and you could not hear any music. Heat was not regulated through the entire limo. Hot in frontcold in back. Back driver side door did not open from inside which makes a safety issue if in an accident. Driver was not very courteous. Driver had the window open between him and the passengers during the entire trip. When we called to complain, we were told that we got to the event and back safely and that all the issues were non issues as they checked them and everything worked properly.

Red Carpet Limo took our high school students to and from their Homecoming dinner. The Limousine was incredibly clean and polished inside and out. The driver was right on time, and he was even dressed just like a formal chauffeur. The young adults have an amazing memory! Thank you, Red Carpet Limo.
