After finding a hair in our food, neither the manager nor the server seemed very apologetic. We were very polite and did not get angry at all, as some customers sitting nearby had about an unrelated issue. They ended up taking the entree off of our bill, but again didn't seem very concerned at all whatsoever. Definitely don't plan on going back.
