my bubba loves his groomer! They are very professional and always do a great job! I never have any issues as they personalize his care. They treat each animal as of they are the only one. there. And they are always busy!

I took my matted cat here, he LOVED getting a haircut! I brought my other two cats in after that. They are professional and do a great job, never a knick!

I pass by this place a lot so I decided to try it out. I dropped my shi tzu off one morning, the owner herself was extrememly rude and acted as if I was annoying her even though I was being extremely nice. Later that day, she called me demanding I come in 3 hours before she previously told me to pick up my dog or she'd lock him in the store all night. I had to beg to get off work to be there and when I got there she was even more rude. I had been there before, and she charged me $30 more than it usually cost me. I will NEVER be going back.

After reading the reviews, I made an appt for my Maltese. When I picked him up, the groomer herself was extremely rude and his cut was the worst I have ever seen on a Maltese. I will not be returning
