Established in 1978, Noodles by Leonardo is a manufacturer and wholesaler of noodles and pasta in the United States. Based in Devils Lake, N.D., it produces a wide variety of products, including macaroni and cheese, pasta and sauce (pouch), dry pasta dinners, rice and pasta dinners. In addition it provides single serve cup items such as flavored oatmeal, farina, instant potatoes and rice dishes. Noodles by Leonardo also produce a line of sliced potato meals, which includes scalloped, Au gratin, sour cream and chive and roasted garlic.
