All of our representatives are knowledgeable in the Detroit market and are equipped with our signature Homeownership Program This financing program allows our customers to purchase property with as little as 10% down and $500 a month. In addition to providing a great and affordable path to homeownership,Detroit Property Exchange also provides housing to Housing Choice (Section 8) voucher holders. Our rental property experts are backed by a great construction team that promises superior quality in all of our rental homes. Our rental experts are familiar with all the Section 8 guidelines and requirements and are committed to providing quality housing.
