i lived here one year. it is the worse you could ever live in Detroit. The maintenance is very very poor. The landlord doesn't care about the tenants. She will wait for a week or two before your stuff is fixed. My son got hurt in shower twice the second time she never fixed the soap dish. The area is very drug wise. The people will bum you and harass you while you wash clothes. I repeat don't move here. My air conditioner froze up a lot up. She let another tenant have a animal . she said no pets allowed to me. that doesn't very fair to me. She told me you walking on the floor to hard . I got to walk , i cant crawl. My lease is up in December i am very glad to this place. this is friendly advice please don't move here. she doesn't care about your rights. all she wants is your money.
